The enterprise factory is located in the East District of the National-level Nanjing Xingang Development Zone, covering an area of more than 40,000 square meters and a building area of more than 28,000 square meters. It has more than 200 sets of world-class advanced production and power equipment such as laser cutting machine, CNC punch turrets, CNC shearing machine, CNC bending machine, CNC planers, CNC pipe bending machine, etc, which all passed the medical device quality management.
KUKA bending robot system integration: using German KUKA robot arms and supporting peripheral equipment, from linear units to end effectors, together form perfect high-precision bending systems, combined with the most advanced software and innovative control systems, it becomes an important part in Xinhuaheng’s production process, and a mobile solution to meet our requirements for Industry 4.0.

CNC Punch Turrets: Numerical control turret (NCT) consists of a computer control system, a mechanical or hydraulic power system, a servo feeding mechanism, mold library, mold selection system, peripheral programming system, etc. The system can easily complete processing methods such as: single punching, continuous blanking in same or multiple directions, nibbling, single forming, continuous forming, and array forming, which makes it very effective in the production process of high-end stainless-steel sheet products.
Laser Cutters: Laser cutter is a technological revolution in sheet metal processing, and it’s the "processing centre" in sheet metal processing; laser cutters has high flexibility, fast cutting speed, high production efficiency, and short production cycle. Same with foreign countries, we usually use laser cutters for plates with a thickness of more than 2 mm. Laser cutters have no cutting force and thus no deformation in the process; no tool wear, good material adaptability; narrow slits, good cutting quality, high degree of automation, easy operation, low labour intensity and no pollution; it can also achieve automatic nesting to improve the utilization rate of materials.

ISO13485-2003 and the Total Quality Management ISO9001-2000 certification are already completed, and currently is undergoing CE certification. Xinhuaheng pioneered the domestic medical equipment industry, invested more than RMB 10 million to build our own fully automatic CNC stainless-steel decoiling production line, and was the first company to achieve self-decoiling and precise cutting of stainless-steel sheets.
